Ginger Mound Cookies

Oh, so yummy. Don't hate me when you make these.

3/4 c shortening
1 c sugar
1/4 c molasses
1/4 c yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp all spice

Cream shortening and sugar together. Stir in molasses, yogurt, and vanilla. Combine remaining dry ingredients and add into wet ingredients in 3 portions. Chill dough 1 hour. Form walnut size balls and dip into granulated sugar. Bake @ 375 for 8-10 minutes.
