My littlest one turned one yesterday. (sniffle, sniffle, snuck) I tried so hard to get a cute pic of the three kids on his birthday.
That's as good as it got. :)
And I made the. best. cake. ever. I tried to get a picture of it before it was cut. But I think I like this realistic shot better of the cake in all it's yummy glory.
I used this icing recipe. So good, it uses marshmallow fluff! And then this cake recipe. The clincher was that I was short about 1/2 cup or so of cocoa powder so I substituted with a chocolate pudding mix to make up the difference. It was so incredibly moist!
