I wish I could claim this idea as one of my own, but it's not. It's from the Family Fun Magazine website. It was so much fun to make with the kids. Here's a few tips:
1. Buy more fabric paint than you think you need. It took my kids a few trial runs to get the right flow going, which meant wasted paint.
2. Go over the flakes and make sure all lines meet.
3. Once you get them on your window, you don't want to keep repositioning them. They can become less clingly.
